These terms apply to purchases made through our website. Please read them together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Products

We sell heated gloves and related products. Before ordering, please review the selected model’s description, size, color, power requirements, included accessories, and care instructions.

Colors may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings. Heating illustrations explain product features and are not temperature measurements. Contact us before purchasing if a specification is unclear.

1. Orders and Payments

Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. You must be legally able to make the purchase or have appropriate authorization.

Prices and checkout amounts are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Any applicable charges are shown before you complete payment.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If a product is unavailable, a material listing error occurs, or we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or increase your charge without your agreement. If we cancel your order, payments collected for the canceled items will be refunded.

1. Shipping

We currently ship from China to supported addresses in the United States. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and checkout for available delivery services, charges, and estimated delivery times.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Contact us promptly if your shipping address needs correction. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

1. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. If an order has already shipped, our return process applies.

Eligible return or exchange requests must be made within 15 calendar days after delivery. Physical returns are sent to China.

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping. For confirmed defects or errors on our part, we arrange and cover necessary return shipping in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

1. Product Use and Care

Follow the instructions for your specific model and use compatible power sources and charging equipment.

Disconnect power and remove removable batteries before cleaning. Follow the product-specific cleaning instructions; do not assume that every model is machine washable. Allow the product to dry completely before reconnecting power.

Stop using a product if it is damaged, operates abnormally, or causes discomfort. Do not use or charge a damaged battery. Contact us if you need help.

Our products are intended for everyday comfort and are not marketed as medical treatments or protective equipment.
