Free standard US shipping

We ship from China to supported US addresses. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 calendar days after payment confirmation. After handover, delivery is normally expected within 15 calendar days. Including processing, please allow up to approximately 17 calendar days from payment confirmation.

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Customs inspections, severe weather and carrier disruptions may cause delays. See our shipping policy for full details.

Tracking your order

We will email tracking details when your order ships and tracking becomes available. The first carrier scan may take time to appear. Open your shipping confirmation email or visit Track my order.

Returns and exchanges

Request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days after receiving your order. All physical returns are sent to China. Contact us before sending anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging. Customers pay return shipping to China and applicable return-shipment charges; international return shipping may be expensive. We do not charge a restocking fee.

For confirmed defects, damaged or incorrect items, contact us first so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. Necessary return shipping for confirmed defects or errors on our part is covered through an arrangement agreed with us before shipment.
